[Announce] Membership rate increase for Michigan!/usr/group

Hi all,

We mentioned in the November Michigan!/usr/group that the costs of 
running our group have gone up. Between the price increase for the 
auditorium for the library and our membership numbers remaining steady 
we have hit a point where we need to consider raising our membership 
rates for individuals, students, and corporations.

As a special incentive for new, current, and renewing members we are 
offering a year's worth of membership at the current rates. This is $35 
for an individual membership, $150 for a corporate membership, and $10 
for a student membership.

This rate is will be in effect through December 2018. If you would like 
to renew for 2019 you'll be able to renew at the next meeting or online.

On January 1st, 2019 our new rates will be as follows:

* Individuals: $50 (increase of $15)
* Corporate: $200 (increase of $50)
* Students: $10 (no change)
* Online-only: $10 (no change)

This is the first rate change in membership in over 30 years, and is not 
a change that we make lightly. Unfortunately we're hitting a point where 
the costs of the group are outweighing the memberships we're bringing in.
