[Announce] No Starch Giveaway

Hi all,

No Starch Press (http://nostarch.com) has graciously provided our group
with a metric oodle of books to review. We will give away the first of
these at the August meeting in a special bundle.

In order to qualify for this bundle you'll need to be a paid-up member.
We'll select one lucky member from the member roster as the winner of
this amazing bundle.

How do you become a member?

The best way to ensure that you're a member is to sign up on our website
(http://www.mug.org/membership/).

If you're unsure if you're a paid-up member please feel free to email us
at board at mug.org.

(You can also wait until the meeting, but why wait? We're still in the
information age right?)

The drawing will be during intermission (between the talks). You must be
present in order to win. (I don't want to have to ship this).

We also have a special deal for members of the announce and discuss
mailing lists. One lucky email address on the discuss mailing list will
be selected to receive a $50 eBook certificate from No Starch Press. You
only need to be subscribed to the announce or discuss mailing lists in
order to qualify. The certificate will either be handed to you at the
meeting or can be sent via PDF; your choice.

This drawing will happen on Monday at 9PM ET. All email addresses will
be exported from the announce and discuss mailing lists. (That means if
you're signed up to both then you get two entries into this contest.)
